Sit Investment and its affiliates serve as the investment adviser for several private investment funds managed in styles similar to the Domestic and International Equity portfolios and Fixed Income separate accounts.

The Private Investment Funds are available only to limited institutional and other sophisticated investors who qualify as accredited investors.
