Domestic Equity
- Large Cap Growth
- Common stocks of domestic growth companies with capitalizations
of $5 billion or more at the time of purchase.
- Mid Cap Growth
- Common stocks of domestic growth companies with capitalizations
of $2 billion to $15 billion at the time of purchase.
- Small Cap Growth
- Common stocks of domestic growth companies with capitalizations
of $2.5 billion or less at the time of purchase.
- Science and Technology Growth
- Common stocks of growth companies principally engaged
in science and technology business activities.
- Balanced
- A diversified portfolio consisting of common stocks of growth
companies and fixed income securities.
- Dividend Growth
- Common stocks of dividend-paying companies that exhibit
the potential for growth and growing dividend payments.
International Equity
- EAFE+ Growth
- Common stocks of growth companies domiciled in countries included
in the Morgan Stanley Capital International EAFE Index, and
up to 20% of the portfolio's assets in companies and countries
not included in the EAFE Index. The "+" in EAFE+ consists
primarily of developing markets (such as Korea and Israel)
and developed markets (such as Canada).
- Global Growth
- Common stocks of U.S. and foreign growth companies. Developed international markets include Canada, Germany,
and Japan and developing markets include Thailand, China and Brazil.
- Pacific Basin Growth
- Common stocks of growth companies domiciled in both the developed
Pacific Basin markets (such as Japan), as well as the emerging
growth markets in the Pacific Basin (such as Korea, Taiwan,
and the greater China region).
- Developing Markets Growth
- Common stocks of companies domiciled or operating in a developing
market (such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Greece,
Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Israel, and South Africa). Developing
markets are those countries that:
- have "emerging" stock markets as defined by the International
Finance Corporation
- have low- to middle-income economies, as defined by the
World Bank, or
- are listed in World Bank publications as "developing."
Taxable Bonds
- Return Plus - Taxable
- Closed-end bond funds with a duration range of 3 to 6 years.
- Taxable Total Return
- Investment-grade taxable bonds with a duration range of 3
to 6 years.
- Taxable Stable Return(Gov't/Corp)
- U.S. Government securities and investment-grade taxable bonds
with a duration range of 2 to 5 years.
- Taxable Stable Return(Gov't)
- U.S. Government securities with a duration range of 2 to
5 years.
- Taxable Short Duration
- Investment-grade taxable bonds witha duration range of 1
to 3 years.
Municipal Bonds
- Municipal Return Plus
- Closed-end municipal bond funds.
- Municipal Total Return
- Investment-grade municipal bonds with a duration range of
5 to 10 years.
- Municipal Stable Return
- Investment-grade municipal bonds with a duration range of
3 to 7 years.
- Municipal Short Duration
- Investment-grade municipal bonds with a duration range of
1 to 4 years.
